COMES NOW Greene Tree Inc., (Greene Tree) through its counsel, and petitions
to intervene in the above matter and in support thereof respectfully shows as follows:
1. Greene Tree is a corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the State of
Idaho.
2. Greene Tree is an electric service customer of the Applicant, takng service under
Rate Schedule 2-commercial.
3. As a customer of the Applicant, Greene Tree a direct and substantial interest in
this proceeding.
