Commission's (IPUC) Notice of Probable Violation (NOPV) dated April 26, 2022 (#1202203)
IPUC Staff accepts Intermountain Gas Company's response and corrective actions to those
items.
Thank you for the cooperation and support of your staff during this process and for your
continued interest in pipeline safety. IPUC requests that IGC provide the revised OPS 501 and
revised inspection protocol documents on July 1, 2022. This Notice of Probable Violation is
