Part C - 24 leaks were carried over from 2016: 5 were repaired in 2017, 17 were non-reportable once repaired, and 2 were found not to be gas leaks
once investigated. Part B - Investigations in "UNKNOWN" pipe resulted in an increase to main pipe installed in 1990-1999.
