COMMENTS
(Comment on the status of any Milestone Changes and detail the reason for the Changes) 1. Initial Project delays occurred at the start of the project; September 2021 – October 2021 a. Bureau of Land Management would not release Right of Way pending final decisions within agency. b. This delay a critical phase of mountain work that created a 1 year delay due to environmental restrictions. 2. Severe weather conditions over November 2022 – February 2023 added further delays to the project. 3. Contractor’s failure on many levels of management to react to each of the items referenced in items 1 & 2 above, created additional contractor delays. 4. Material deliveries that were the responsibility of the Owner, did add to some delays based on critical activities. 5. Schedule was re-figured to apply some common understanding and recovery management.
