COMMENTS
(Comment on the status of any Milestone Changes and detail the reason for the Changes) 1. Overall project schedule was in line with Baseline project completion dates until the beginning of 2024. a. An unexpected Archeological discovery was uncovered at the Little Snake Compensation Station. 2. Little Snake Compensation Station ties in the power from Element A to Element B that connects Elements C & D. a. Without a connection, there is no ability to complete any of the lines as they are in series. 3. Archeological Site shutdown required PacifiCorp to complete an emergency shoo-fly design to partially connect the Little Snake Shoo-Fly to the main Transmission Line allowing for energy and completion of line work on Elements B & CD. 4. Due to the level and extent of the shut-down, PacifiCorp extended the Project Completion dates for each of the GWS Elements as the discovery was not the result of the contractor’s level of work.
