SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF RIVERSIDE ELECTRIC
COMPANY, LIMITED AND FARMER ELECTRIC COMPANY, LTD FOR
AN ORDER APPROVING A SERVICE TERRITORY AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE APPLICANTS; CASE NO. C12-E-24-01.
On February 2, 2024, Riverside Electric Company, Limited (“Riverside”) and Farmers
Electric Company (“Farmers”) filed an application with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission
(“Commission”) for approval of a Service Territory Agreement between Riverside and Farmers.
On June 5, 2024, the Commission issued a Final Order approving the Service Territory
Agreement and requiring the parties to submit an executed Agreement to the Commission. Order
No. 36211. On June 27, 2024, Riverside submitted an executed Agreement.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Commission Staff (“Staff”) has reviewed the parties’ submission, and Staff recommends
that the Commission accept the submitted executed Agreement.
