SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF ASPEN CREEK WATER COMPANY'S
APPLICATION TO AMEND CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE
AND NECESSITY NO. 403; CASE NO. ASP-W-24-02.
On August 20, 2024, Aspen Creek Water Co. Inc. (Company") applied to amend its
Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 403 ("CPCN"). The Company requests to
enlarge its existing CPCN to incorporate property that is contiguous to its existing system where
it intends to serve new customer(s).
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Application and Notice of Modified
Procedure establishing an October 9, 2024, public comment deadline and an October 23, 2024,
Company reply deadline.
