CUSTOMER NOTICE UTILITIES COMMISSION

Rocky Mountain Utility Co., Inc. has filed an application with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission
(IPUC) to amend its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (Certificate No. 481 — ROC-W-
08-01) to include Pepperwood Crossing Subdivision Div. 3B. The Company is not proposing an increase
to rates at this time.
The expansion of the system was approved by the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality on August
2, 2023.
A copy of the application is available for review at the offices of the Commission and Rocky Mountain
Utility Co. The application may also be viewed on the IPUC web site at www.puc.idaho.gov. The
application and other case information may be found by clicking on the "WATER" icon, then on "OPEN
CASES" and scroll down to Case No. ROC-W-24-01 .
Interested parties may submit written comments to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission.
