Please find included with this letter a Rate Case spreadsheet for Aspen Creek Water Co. As records
indicate we have found ourselves in need of rate and hook-up fee increase and are just learning of
the proper process to do that.
Aspen Creek Water Co. Inc. currently supplies water to two subdivisions in Fish Haven, Aspen Creek
Estates and Aspen Creek Meadows. Between the two subdivisions we provide service to 73
connections, with a current total potential of 135 connections.
The application is made to the commission to authorize a general increase in water rates and new
connection fees as follows:
Um-metered Rates:
Un-metered Rate (month) $ 134.00
Un-metered Rate month) x 12 (year) $1,608.00
Total Service Revenue $117,384.00

Applicant requests that such rates and charges be effective May 1, 2025. We also request a test
year of December 31, 2023. The applicant believes the increase in rates to $134.00 a month is
justified to cover expenses, such as, power, water testing, maintenance, and other expenses to
maintain and operate the water system, and to continue to provide safe and reliable water. The
Applicant has never increased rates since the current tariff was put in place in 2002.
