YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, pursuant to Rule 11.3 of the Idaho Rules of Civil
Procedure and Rule 46 of the Idaho Administrative Procedures Act ("IDAPA") 31.01.01 et
seq., Intervenor Stoneridge Recreational Club Condominium Owners Association, Inc., in
the above entitled action, has substituted Brady L. Espeland of Ramsden, Marfice, Ealy & De
Smet, LLP, 700 Northwest Boulevard, P.O. Box 1336, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho 83816, as
representative of record in this case in place of Rick Haruthunian formerly of Ramsden,
Marfice, Ealy & De Smet, LLP. For several reasons, this substitution shall in no way delay
proceedings, particularly as the SRCCOA's representation in this matter shall continue to be
handled by Ramsden, Marfice, Ealy & De Smet, LLP. Attorney Espeland is an associate with
STONERIDGE RECREATIONA CLUB CONDOMINIUM OWNERS ASSOCIATION,INC.'S NOTICE OF
