We keep our thermostat low and our house feels barely warm and we still pay over 200.00 a month and we also have a propane stove. We have new windows and double insulation so that's not the problem.. do not approve the rate increase. You can't stick it to the consumer again. Maybe they should cut some of their overpaid top administrators paychecks. "
