The GridMod Single Vendor Platform ("SVP") project is included in the expected 2024 closings of projects with a total estimated cost of greater than $8 million, as detailed in Larkin Workpaper 3, page 11 of 14. The full grant amount of $1,499,085 was applied to determine the net project cost of $11,552,329 included in this case. Alternately stated, the grant amount was applied to reduce the total project cost for the SVP project requested for recovery in this case.
