Capitol Water Corporation provides the following responses to the First Production
Request of the Commission Staff to Capitol Water Corporation,Question 2 and the Third
Production Request of the Commission Staff to Capitol Water Corporation, Questions 49.
REQUEST NO.2: Please provide invoices and/or quotes for rate case expenses
included in revenue requirement.
COMPANY RESPONSE: Please see the attached supplemental invoice from and the
corresponding payment to Kathleen Stockton,the Company's consultant. The documentation is
attached as pdf files: "Rate Case Expenses June 20,2024 Invoice,"and"Rate Case Expenses
June 27, 2024 Payment."
The Company has incurred additional rate case expenses for work performed by
Michelle Frisch, for Business Services, on behalf of Capitol Water Company. The
documentation is attached as a pdf file: "Rate Case Expenses August 15,2024 Invoice."

TO COMMISSION STAFF

REQUEST NO.49: Regarding the projects planned in 2024, are any formal agreements
with the contractors in place, such as start dates and cost?If so,please provide documentation.
COMPANY RESPONSE: The Company has completed and paid for the fence work at
Well#4. The documentation for this work is attached as a pdf file: `Bill and Payment Well#4
Fence Documents." In addition,the Company had necessary work done on Well#4;the
documentation for this work is also attached as a pdf file: "Billing and Description work done
on Well#4 June 2024." This work was not originally included in the Company's filing and
submits it now for consideration in this rate case.
In reference to the new customer billing system,the Company has selected as its
preferred provider, Muni-Link. The documentation for Muni-Link is attached in four separate
files: Capitol Water Contract Final Muni Link.pdf, Capitol Water Schedule A final.pdf, Muni-
Link Board Presentation 2024.pdf, and References 5000+MUNI LINK.xls.
