UNOPPOSED MOTION TO STAY PROCEEDINGS
TruConnect Communications, Inc. ("TruConnect"or the"Company") hereby requests the
Idaho Public Utilities Commission (Commission)to issue an order staying all pending deadlines
and proceedings in this matter for six months or until just time before six months that any party
moves to life the stay. Grant of this motion will enable TruConnect to take steps to address
Commission Staffs concerns about the Company's Application for Designation as an Eligible
Telecommunications Carrier ("ETC Application").
On March 4, 2024, TruConnect filed an ETC Application with the Commission in which
is sought designation as an ETC for the purpose of providing Lifeline service to low-income
Idaho households. On May 1, 2024, TruConnect filed a declaration certifying that it had
provided a copy of the ETC Application to representatives of the five Tribes located in the State
of Idaho. TruConnect also filed a supplement to its ETC Application on July 9, 2024, in which it
provided information about TruConnect and its affiliate, Sage Telecom Communications, LLC.
On July 7, 2024, Commission Staff filed comments regarding the ETC Application and on July
18, 2024,TruConnect filed reply comments. In response to Commission Staffs request to add to
the record,on August 8, 2024,the Commission issued an Order directing Commission Staff to
file supplemental comments on August 16, 2024 and TruConnect to file supplemental reply
comments by August 30, 2024.

Since August 8, 2024, counsel for Commission Staff and counsel for TruConnect have
engaged in discussions as to substantive matters in an attempt to resolve this matter.
Commission Staff and TruConnect agree that staying this matter for a period of six months will
enable TruConnect to take actions to address Commission Staffs concerns about its ETC
Application. Therefore, TruConnect requests that the Commission issue an order staying all
pending deadlines and proceedings in this matter for six months or until such time before six
months that any party moves to lift the stay, and tolling pending deadlines beginning on the date
of this filing.
Counsel for TruConnect has contacted Commission Staff regarding this Motion and was
advised that Commission Staff does not oppose a stay of the pending deadlines and proceedings.
