In its Order No. 33628 in Case No. QST-G-16-01 (Order), the Idaho Public Utilities Commission
(Commission)required Enbridge Gas Utah to"notify the Idaho Commission by letter when it files
notices, applications,requests, etc.,with the Utah PSC." (Order at pp. 3-4). Accordingly, Enbridge
Gas Utah respectfully provides notice that it has filed an Application to Change the Sustainable
Transportation Energy Plan(Step)Rate and an Application for Approval to Expand the Purpose of
the Low-Income Portal and Add Authorized Agencies. You can review these and all filings at
