Comment: "As I understand, Idaho Power has asked for a rate increase of 7.31%. The average person in
Idaho usually receives a pay increase of 4%.This proposal of a large increase is frankly out of touch with
the common people and reality. With the inflation of living essentials and necessities we are losing
buying power. Please consider a rate increase that is closer to the consumers way of life."
