Comment: "Stoneridge has failed to pay our company,Woodhawk Controls, LLC,for services
rendered to their utility system starting in January 2023. Over$8,000.00 is owed at this time. We
even got an attorney which cost us more money, and they simply waited us out. I have
documentation from them stating they would pay, but they never did. Their attorney is good at
stalling tactics as well, and he did not resolve anything when working with our attorney,though they
said they wanted to work out a solution. They have a bad reputation for taking advantage of
businesses like this, and I have seen long lists of legal notices in the newspaper with Stoneridge
suing customers of their own resort for fee amounts in arrears that are much less than what they
owe to Woodhawk. They are the worst kind of greedy business, quite frankly despicable,taking
advantage of every opportunity to financially harm anyone who gets in the way of them making
more money. And they are good at it. I have a thick folder of dealings with Stoneridge if specific
information is desired. I don't know if this complaint will get us anywhere, but someone needs to
hold them accountable. I cannot see why they need a utility rate increase when they don't even pay
their bills:'
