IPC-TAE-24-02 SCHEDULE 84, LARGE GENERAL, ) LARGE POWER,AND IRRIGATION ) MINUTE ORDER ON-SITE GENERATION ) On June 17,2024,Idaho Power Company("Company"),filed Tariff Advice No.IPC-TAE- 24-02 and proposed revising Electric Service Schedule 84, Large General, Large Power, and Irrigation On-Site Generation ("Schedule 84"), to clarify how a Schedule 84 customer's demand is determined in compliance with the Commission-approved eligibility cap established in Order No. 36048. On July 3, 2024, the Company made a supplemental filing replacing all its Schedule 84 tariff sheets, but not changing the proposed effective date of July 17, 2024. At the Commission's Decision Meeting on July 23, 2024, Staff presented a Decision Memorandum recommending the Commission accept the Company's proposed tariff revisions included in the supplemental filing, effective upon issuance of the final order approving the Tariff Advice. Commission Rule of Procedure 134.02 directs that no tariff advice will be effective unless the public and the Commission have been notified pursuant to applicable sections of Title 61 of the Idaho Code. IDAPA 31.01.01.134.02. Additionally, no tariff advice takes effect on less than 30 days' notice, "unless the Commission finds good cause to approve the earlier effective date." Id. Having reviewed the record and finding the notice of the Company's proposed Tariff Advice meets the requirements of Rule of Procedure 134.02, the Company's Tariff is approved, as filed, effective upon issuance of this Order.
