ADDENDUM NO. 04
to the
Contract Documents
for the
Oxbow Hatchery Renovation Construction Project
This Addendum,dated March 31,2021,is for all persons preparing bids for the above referenced project and
as such, shall be made a part of the Contract Documents.
All changes, corrections, deletions, and/or additions to the initial bidding documents enumerated herein shall be
included in the Respondent's Proposal. In case of any conflict between the Drawings, Specifications, and this
Addendum,this Addendum shall govern.
The Respondent shall acknowledge the receipt of this Addendum in the appropriate place on the Bid Schedule.
Failure to acknowledge the receipt of the Addendum will cause a Bid to be considered non-responsive.
