Comment: "Stoneridge Utilities has failed to pay our company, Woodhawk Controls, LLC, for services and
material rendered to their utility system starting in January 2023. They have agreed they owe this
money, but use attorneys to stall and wait out vendors. A Public Utility requesting an increase should
come to the PUC with "clean hands" and not be in arrears. To re-iterate,there is no dispute that they
owe money,they just refuse to issue payment. They are burning bridges with several local service
companies and this could be forcing their costs to be higher if they must source services out of the
region."
