Comment: "Regarding limited rate case filing in Idaho:This rate increase is related to optional
investment by the company and should be denied. First the customers are billed an increase for
decommissioning coal plants,then billed extra for replacing loss of the coal plants,then billed extra for
optional wind turbines. Idaho power needs to stabilize it's budget the same as all other businesses do."

Comment: "There are SO many fees in my bill.When the power company says they have a low rate, well
that rate keeps going up and they keep adding fees. Mom's bill is over half fees. I feel like Idaho power
has a monopoly here, I don't have any other choice for a power company. Please have growth, those
adding to the grid help pay for the growth. I think more hydro power could be used, we have the snake
