capital projects the Company is proposing for recovery since the Company's last
rate case. For each project, please include the following:
(a) Primary Function (Such as "Intangible", "Hydro Production", etc. as shown
in Company's Response to Production Request No. 15, Column D).
(b) Project Description (As shown in the Company's Response to Production
Request No. 15, Column C).
(c) Project ID/Unique Project Identifier.
(d) Project Name/Title.
(e) Detailed Project Description.
(f) Business Need.
(g) Actual Project Start Date.
(h) Anticipated/Actual In-Service Date.
(i) Budgeted Cost by Year.

The Company objects to this data request to the extent the request is overly broad
and it would be unduly burdensome to produce the information requested. Subject
to and without waiving the foregoing objection, the Company responds as
follows:
Please refer to Attachment IPUC 55-1 which provides the requested information
for projects greater than $5 million. For all projects under$5 million, only the in-
service amounts and date are provided in Attachment IPUC 55-2.
