AGREEMENT WITH PVS 2,LLC )
On May 28,2024,the Commission issued Order No. 36197, approving the Power Purchase
Agreement ("PPA") between Idaho Power Company ("Company") and Pleasant Valley Solar 2
("PVS 2"), LLC.
On June 18, 2024, the Company submitted a Compliance Filing (1)to update Schedule 33
to include the parameters necessary to calculate Renewable Capacity Credit("RCC")payments of
PVS 2 generation to Brisbie, LLC; and (2) to provide the RCC payment structure necessary to
calculate monthly adjusted RCC payments for PVS 2 included as Attachment 2 - Renewable
Capacity Credit Payment Structure for Pleasant Valley Solar 2 in the Compliance Filing. The
Company made this compliance filing spontaneously based on prior Commission guidance related
to Clean Energy Your Way Construction agreements and the Energy Sales Agreement between
the Company and Brisbie, LLC that was approved in Case No. IPC-E-21-42.
Staff reviewed the filing and, at the Commission's July 2, 2024, decision meeting,
presented a Decision Memorandum recommending that the Commission approve the updates to
Schedule 33 and the RCC Payment Structure for PVS 2 contained in the Compliance Filing.
COMMISSION FINDINGS AND DECISION
The Commission has jurisdiction over the Company's Application and the issues in this
case under Title 61 of the Idaho Code including Idaho Code §§ 61-301 through 303. The
Commission is empowered to investigate rates, charges,rules,regulations,practices, and contracts
of all public utilities and to determine whether they are just, reasonable, preferential,
discriminatory, or in violation of any provisions of law, and to fix the same by order. Idaho Code
§§ 61-501 through 503.
Having reviewed the record, including the Company's submission and Staff s
recommendation,we find that the updates to Schedule 33 and the RCC Payment Structure for PVS
2 contained in the Compliance Filing are reasonable and consistent with those approved for
Pleasant Valley Solar 1 in Order No. 35958.

ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Company's June 18,2024 is accepted and the updates
to Schedule 33 and the RCC Payment Structure for PVS 2 contained therein are approved.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date upon this Order regarding any
matter decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for
reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. Idaho Code § 61-626.
