Comment: "Please consider my objection to the proposed limited scope rate increase request by
Idaho Power.
recently installed solar panels estimated to provide power at 10% more than my current usage
rate.
To my dismay,for my service between 6/13/24$7/12/24, I used 462 KWH and generated577 KWH
which one would expect to create a credit for me.To the contrary, IP charges for so many detailed
items for which I do not benefit and in addition,that charge me$.10/KWH for off peak use and only
pay me$.06/KWH.
THIS DOES NOT SEEM JUSTIFIED IN MY MIND.

Comment: "I am against another rate increase for Idaho Power.They have continually asked for a
reduction in their Operating Property Values with the State of Idaho and have received those
reductions. So increases in rates plus reduced property taxes for a rate regulated utility that has a
monopoly does not seem appropriate.

Every taxpayer would like a reduction in their values to pay less tax.Why should Idaho Power
receive this increase? Developers and those building new homes in our area pay high fees to Idaho
Power for that infrastructure.
Please do not approve another rate increase for Idaho Power."
