On behalf of Zayo Group, LLC ("Zayo"), please accept for electronic filing with the Commission this
third and final of three compliance reports indicating the number of basic local exchange customers
Zayo has in Idaho. As of July 23, 2024, Zayo has 410 local exchange customers, which were
previously served by Electric Lightwave, LLC ("Electric Lightwave") until the consolidation of Electric
Lightwave with and into Zayo, as described in the above-referenced Case.' Zayo offers the basic
local exchange services included in its Price List No. 1 on file with the Commission.
