I'm particularly interested in what documents must be presented and if they are open to the public? 2 -Who is currently responsible for making sure the water is potable for consumption and will this change if the company is regulated by the IPUC? 3 - In the CPCN form overview, it describes the Presumption of Contributed Capital, does this allow/disallow TIC Utilities from setting rates based on past investments into the water system? Just curious what costs will be allowed when requesting a rate change? 4- Is there a document or web site that explains all the ramifications of a water system being regulated by the IPUC? 5 - Does the IPUC only regulate water companies that are for profit? Thank you!"
