We cannot afford a nearly 27% increase in electrical power.That far out paces, even the current rate of
inflation. we as consumers have had to tighten our belts, and reduce our expenditures to balance our
budgets. Our earnings have not increased anywhere near the 27%which Rocky Mountain Power is
seeking,this is an unfair and a unjust burden on the consumers. It will make it practically impossible for
senior citizens to continue to live in their homes. we are blessed in this area with an abundance of
natural gas and Cole. It is time that Rocky Mountain Power began to look for ways to reduce electrical
bills.The only way that Rocky Mountain Power will begin to look for ways to reduce electrical bills is if
you the public utilities commission hold the line and refuse their total request for this rate increase.
