Please note, only audits directly related to capital projects have been included. Further, as noted below while operational audits for both the North Valmy Power Plant ("Valmy") and the Jim Bridger Power Plant ("Bridger") have been included, the Company's request in this case does not include incremental Valmy or Bridger investments. Audits of internal controls related to capital projects are performed on a rotational basis as part of complying with SOX requirements. The related SOX processes are Fixed Assets Capital Work Orders ("FACW"), Fixed Assets Month-End Processing ("FAME"), Fixed Assets Depreciation and Amortization, Financial Closing Process, and Entity-Wide Internal Controls. Note, audit reports and management responses are only issued for SOX internal control audits in the event of a finding(s). As of the date of this response, no SOX testing has been completed in 2024 therefore there are no resulting audit reports.
