LOAD CONTROL PROGRAM )
On January 24, 2024, Rocky Mountain Power, a division of PacifiCorp ("Company"),
applied for approval of certain adjustments to its Irrigation Load Control Program ("ILC").
Participants in the ILC earn cash incentives for reducing their electric consumption during peak
demand periods. The Company requested this matter be processed by Modified Procedure with an
effective date of April 1, 2024.
On May 28, 2024, the Commission issued Order No. 36193, approving the Company's
Application with certain modifications. In its Order, the Commission directed the Company to
work with Staff to create and submit a tariff schedule for the ILC.
On June 20, 2024, the Company submitted a proposed Schedule 105—Irrigation Load
Control Program tariff as a compliance filing in response to Order No. 36193. Staff reviewed the
filing and, at the Commission's June 25, 2024, Decision Meeting, submitted a decision
memorandum recommending approval of the tariff for the ILC.
COMMISSION FINDINGS AND DECISION
The Commission has jurisdiction over the Company's Application and the issues in this
case under Title 61 of the Idaho Code including, Idaho Code §§ 61-501, 502, and -503. The
Commission is empowered to investigate rates, charges,rules,regulations,practices, and contracts
of public utilities and to determine whether they are just, reasonable,preferential, discriminatory,
or in violation of any provision of law, and to fix the same by order. Idaho Code §§ 61-502 and -
503.
Having reviewed the record, the Company's submission, and Staff's recommendation, the
Commission finds that the Company has complied with the Commission's Order No. 36193 to file
a tariff for the ILC as a compliance filing.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Company's Schedule 105Irrigation Load Control
Program tariff is approved, effective May 31, 2024.

reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date upon this Order regarding any
matter decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for
