Comment: "Dear Idaho Public Utilities Commission.
I have reviewed the application and Exhibits for Rocky Mountain Power's (RMP) rate increase (PAC-E-24-
04). Before you approve this rate increase, I ask that you require RMP to do the following:
• Provide one page summary of the rate increase for CY2025 and CY2026, written in clear
language that explains the need for the rate increase and provides an explanation of all the pertitent
terms in the application (i.e. Energy Cost Adjustment Mechanism) and provide a clear language summary
of purchase of wind and solar and how RMP intends to offset baseload power when wind and solar are
not providing power.
• Resubmit Exhibit 24 as it does not show 2024 information.
• Resubmit Exhibit 25 as it does not show 2025 information.
• Provide Management compensation.
• Provide a description of how RMP will compensate home solar systems that provide power to
the grid.
