On February 23, 2024, AT&T Corp. ("CORP") and AT&T Enterprises, Inc. ("INC")
(collectively the "Applicants") jointly applied to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission
("Commission") requesting the issuance of a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity
("CPCN") to AT&T Enterprises, LLC. ("Enterprises LLC") that authorizes it to offer local
telecommunication exchange services in Idaho pursuant to IDAPA 31.01.01.114 ("Application").
Following an internal restructuring, INC will "undergo a nearly simultaneous name change to
AT&T Enterprises, LLC." Application at 1. The Applicants thus asked that Enterprises LLC's
name be reflected on the proposed CPCN which would cover the same service territory as CORP's
CPCN No. 295; the Applicants accordingly requested that CORP's CPCN No. 295 be canceled.
The Applicants' primary request was that Enterprises LLC be granted a CPCN. However,
the Applicants alternatively requested "that the Commission grant a new Certificate to AT&T
Enterprises,Inc. . .with conditional approval of an amendment to the Certificate for a name change
to AT&T Enterprises, LLC upon adequate documentation of the name change being provided to
the Commission."Application at 8.
On May 1, 2024, the Commission issued Order No. 36169 approving the Company's
Application subject to a compliance filing updating certain information relevant to the Company's
requested CPCN. Order No. 36169.
On June 6, 2024, Enterprises LLC submitted a Request for a Name Change on CPCN;
Enterprises LLC also filed a price list for AT&T Enterprises on June 12, 2024.
At the Commission's June 18, 2024, Decision Meeting, Staff presented a Decision
Memorandum which noted that Staff had reviewed Enterprises LLC's most recent filings and

stated that Enterprises LLC had complied with the requirements of Order No. 36169. Staff
recommended that Enterprises LLC's name on its CPCN be updated accordingly.
COMMISSION DISCUSSION AND FINDINGS
Based on our review of the record,we find that the Application and subsequent documents
submitted by Enterprises LLC comply with the requirements for a CPCN to be issued to INC. Rule
of Procedure 114 sets the requirements that competitive local exchange carriers must satisfy to
obtain a CPCN. IDAPA 31.01.01.114. We find that the Applicants have satisfied the requirements
of Rule 114. Enterprises LLC's Application and subsequent filings fully comply with the
Commission's requirements in Order No. 36169. Therefore, the Commission approves the
Company's CPCN with its requested name.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that AT&T Enterprises, LLC's CPCN shall be issued with its
requested name of AT&T Enterprises, LLC.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order about any matter
decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration,
any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration.Idaho Code §§ 61-626 and 62-619.
