Hello Monica;
Attached please find the Direct Communications annual report for the ID PUC. As we
discussed yesterday,we do not yet have final financial statements for this Company from our
auditors, nor do we have the 2023 tax provision that is prepared by our corporate tax
accountants. We are hoping to have final information from our auditors by the end of July.
Because we don't have final info, we have not made any 2023 tax expense entries on the
income statement, or deferred tax entries on our balance sheet. Other adjustments that have
not yet been made on this Company are related to the final financial statements of wholly
owned subsidiaries that will affect the investment in affiliates numbers on our balance sheet
and income statement.
We are also still trying to pull together the numbers on Sheet 19 "number of calls completed
by customers during 2023". For purposes of this report, I left in the numbers that were last
reported. I am still working with our systems experts, and our switching experts to gather this
information.
