Parties of Record:
It is the longstanding position of Commission Staff to not provide discovery materials from one
party to another party. This policy is motived in large part by Staff s desire to protect itself from the
inadvertent disclosure of protected materials or those that possess a claim of protection.
Stoneridge,through its counsel,has provided written permission for Staff to provide the discovery
already provided to Staff to the Intervenors. Staff has included discovery previously provided by
Stoneridge.
If a party realizes that it has received any information that should not have been provided, the
prompt notification of both Stoneridge and Staff is strongly encouraged. Staff would also note that certain
members of its own team, who have the broadest access to the discovery materials, are out of the office.
Accordingly, Staff will provide this discovery to the Intervenors as soon as Staff is able to do so.
