Intermountain Gas Company ("Intermountain" or"Company")respectfully submits
the following Reply Comments in response to Comments filed by the Idaho Public Utilities
Commission Staff("Staff').
Intermountain agrees with, and supports, Staff s recommendation that the
Commission issue an order to terminate the settlement agreement and waive the proposed
penalties. The Company thanks Staff for its review of information provided under the
Settlement, and believes that the steps taken under the Settlement have improved its
processes in a manner that will prevent similar issues going forward.
