Box 83720 Boise, ID 83720-0074 RE: Case No. INT-G-24-01,Verified Report Dear Ms. Barrios-Sanchez: Intermountain is submitting the following information in compliance with the Commission's Order No. 36151 in Case No. INT-G-24-01 requesting authority to amend, extend, and increase its Revolving Credit Agreement to $175 million, for no longer than a five-year period,with the option to borrow an additional $50 million for a total requested line of credit authority of$225 million. On June 20,2024, Intermountain amended and restated its Revolving Credit Agreement to $175 million, with a 5-year term, and the option to borrow an additional$50 million. Below is an estimate of the costs and expenses in connection with this Revolving Credit Agreement based on invoices received and an estimate of future invoices.
