DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE:
The Company intends to provide wholesale interexchange services to other
carriers throughout the state of Idaho. Services are not provided to retail end
users.All service is provided on an individual contract basis with the
Company opting to operate on detariffed basis.
CONSTRUCTION PLANS:
Impact does not plan to construct or install any facilities in Idaho.All calls
will be routed, switched and terminated over the network of its underlying
carriers.
