Comment: "This rate increase, along with the move away from equitable net metering, begs the
question of your"public" nature.These increases impact the most vulnerable of our region and put yet
another burden on people's strained budgets. If it appeared as if Idaho Power were aggressively
improving anything meaningful it could be argued that this rate increase would be justified. But as it
stands this just feels very much like a money grab and is NOT in the interest of the power consumers. "

continues to raise rates! If the company cannot afford to expand,take it up with the city that brought
everyone here Post-COVID. Don't increase the customers bills because you guys keep are mismanaging

Comment: "Idaho power DOES NOT deserve a rate hike.They need to learn to live within a budget. They
have exorbitant salaries and grand offices and benefits. Inflation is up 17.% in four years. Necessities;
food,gas, housing, insurance, medical are up 28-40%. Every one needs to tighten their belts. That
includes monopolistic businesses like Idaho Power. They have raised rates EVERY YEAR. Wish I got a
raise every year."
