SERVICE IN THE STATE OF IDAHO ) ORDER NO. 36210
On January 11, 2024, VP Inc. ("VP") applied for a Certificate of Public Convenience
and Necessity ("CPCN") to provide water service near Sandpoint, Idaho ("Application"). The
Commission directed VP to apply for a CPCN after finding it was a water corporation subject to
the Commission's regulation as a public utility in Case No. GNR-W-17-01. See Order No. 35998
at 4. On February 20, 2024, VP amended its Application to also include a request to increase its
rates and charges for water service.
On March 12, 2024, the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of
Intervention Deadline. Order No. 36117. No parties petitioned to intervene.
On April 23, 2024,the Commission issued a Notice of Modified Procedure and Notice
of Suspension of the Company's proposed effective date for its rate increases, setting comment
deadlines and suspending the Company's proposed effective date of July 1, 2024, for thirty days
plus five months. Order No. 36156.
On May 20, 2024, the Commission issued a Notice of Virtual Public Workshop,
directing Commission Staff("Staff')to conduct a virtual public workshop on June 6,2024, at 6:00
PM (PDT). Order No. 36183.
At the Commission's May 28, 2024, Decision Meeting, Staff presented a Decision
Memorandum recommending that the Commission hold a customer hearing in this case.
With this order, the Commission sets an in-person customer hearing at the time and
location described below.
NOTICE OF CUSTOMER HEARING
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission will conduct an in-person
public customer hearing in this matter on JUNE 24,2024,AT 5:00 P.M. (Pacific Daylight Time)
at 204 S. 11t Ave., Sandpoint, Idaho, 83864 (the Sandpoint Community Hall). The purpose of

the customer hearing is to take testimony from members of the public and customers of the
Company. Those planning to testify are encouraged to arrive at the hearing location by 4:45 P.M
(PDT) as the hearing will conclude when it appears all customer testimony has been received. For
those who wish to call-in and listen only, dial 1-415-655-0001 and enter meeting number 2632
107 9402 when prompted.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that depending on the attendance and public
interest, the Commission may impose a five (5) minute cap on individual's testimony to ensure
that all interested persons have an opportunity to present their positions on the record.
Additionally, interested persons who have lengthy testimony are encouraged to file their full
testimony—or the portion exceeding the time limit—in accordance with the public comment
instructions.

JUNE 24, 2024,AT 5:00 P.M. (PDT) at 204 S. 1st Ave., Sandpoint,Idaho, 83864.
