Comment: "Idaho power does not need another rate increase.This is and has been pure greed. What is
the point in making everything more energy efficient if Idaho power is going to just raise your base rate
anyway. Base rates are ridiculous and do not reflect your USAGE which is what the utility should be
about. Strip this company of the right to continue to steal from constituents. "
