PUSUANT TO THE IDAHO ELECTRIC STABILIZATION ACT; CASE

On May 9, 2024, United Electric Co-op, Inc. ("United"), filed a Notice of Withdrawal of
Formal Complaint by United Electric Cooperative, Inc. Under Rule of Procedure 68, "Unless
otherwise ordered by the Commission, the notice is effective fourteen (14) days after filing."
IDAPA 31.01.01.068. The Commission did not otherwise order. United's Formal Complaint is
withdrawn as a matter of law, effective as of May 23, 2024.
