The Company requested an April 1,2024, effective date for the new rates. On March 22,2024,the Commission issued a Notice of Application,Notice of Intervention Deadline, and Notice of Suspension of Proposed Effective date, setting a deadline for interested parties to petition to intervene and suspending the Company's proposed effective date for thirty days plus five months. Order No. 36118. Only the city of Boise City intervened. At the Commission's May 7, 2024, Decision Meeting, Staff presented a Decision Memorandum recommending the Commission issue a Notice of Modified Procedure, and set a virtual public workshop and customer hearing. With this Order, the Commission establishes public comment and Company reply deadlines and sets a virtual public workshop and customer hearing.
