13 COMES NOW, United Electric Co-op, Inc. ("United Electric") and pursuant to

Rule 68 of the IPUC Rules Procedure and respectfully provides this Notice of Withdrawal of its

16 Formal Complaint for Violation of Contract Entered into Pursuant to the Idaho Stabilization Act
17 in the above captioned matter.
18 Rule 68 provides that:
19 A party desiring to withdraw a pleading must file a notice of withdrawal of the pleading
20 with Commission and serve all parties with it. Unless otherwise ordered by the
Commission, the notice is effective fourteen (14) days after filing.
