SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF INTERMOUNTAIN GAS COMPANY'S PETITION
TO TERMINATE THE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT IN CASE NO. INT-
G-22-01; CASE NO. INT-G-24-02
On April 19, 2024, Intermountain Gas Company ("Company"), petitioned the
Commission to fully terminate the Settlement Agreement it entered with Commission Staff in
Case No. INT-G-22-01 and acknowledge that the penalties held in abeyance in that Case are
permanently waived ("Petition"). The Company requested its Petition be processed by Modified
Procedure.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Petition and Notice of Modified
Procedure establishing a June 26, 2024, public comment deadline and a July 3, 2024, Company
reply deadline.
