SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF CDS STONERIDGE UTILITIES, LLC'S
APPLICATION FOR AUTHORITY TO INCREASE ITS RATES AND
CHARGES FOR WATER SERVICE IN THE STATE OF IDAHO; CASE
NO. SWS-W-24-01.
On February 28, 2024, CDS Stoneridge Utilities, LLC ("Company") applied to the Idaho
Public Utilities Commission("Commission")for authorization to increase its rates and charges for
water service ("Application"). The Company's Application contained supplemental materials
setting forth its request. The Company also requested an April 1, 2024, effective date.
On March 13,2024,the Commission issued a Notice ofApplication,Notice of Intervention
Deadline, and Notice of Suspension of Proposed Effective Date. Order No. 36116. As of March
26, 2024, the Stoneridge Property Owners Association ("SPOA"); the Stoneridge Recreational
Club Condominium Owners Association, Inc ("SRCCOA"); and Randloph Lee Garrison ("Mr.
Garrison"), an individual, had each petitioned to intervene. The Company objected to SPOA's
chosen representation, which SPOA subsequently responded to. On April 16, 2024, the
Commission granted intervention to SRCCOA and Mr. Garrison; SPOA was later granted
intervention on April 25, 2024. Order Nos. 36144 and 36163.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Commission Staff("Staff') has contacted the parties in this case and Staff recommends
that the Commission issue a Notice of Schedule, Notice of Public Workshops, and Notice of
Modified Procedure establishing an August 7, 2024, Staff and Intervenor comment deadline, and
an August 28, 2024, Company reply comment deadline.

Further, Staff recommends that the Commission direct Staff to conduct two Public
Workshops on Tuesday, June 4, 2024.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to:
1. Issue a Notice of Schedule, Notice of Public Workshops, and Notice of Modified
Procedure establishing an August 7, 2024, Staff and Intervenor comment deadline, and
an August 28, 2024, Company reply comment deadline?
2. Direct Staff to conduct two Public Workshops on Tuesday, June 4, 2024?
