Dear Mr. Harkrader:
Filer Mutual Telephone Company, Study Area Codes 472220 and 552220,hereby provides notice
to the Wireline Competition Bureau that the Company is detariffing its packet-based and higher
capacity TDM(non-ex ante)business data services(BDS), effective July 1,2024.
Filer Mutual Telephone Company,is a rate-of-return carrier that receives Enhanced Alternative
Connect America Cost Model(Enhanced A-CAM)support and elected incentive regulation for its
BDS offerings) effective as of July 1,2024. This detariffing will apply to the entirety of the
Company service area in the states of Idaho and Nevada.All rates,terms, and conditions for non-
ex ante BDS offerings will be offered on a contractual basis and available upon request. Filer
Mutual Telephone Company will continue to offer lower capacity TDM transport and end user
channel termination(ex ante)BDS under the incentive regulation framework in the National
Exchange Carrier Association F.C.C. Tariff No. 6.
A copy of this notice is also being sent to existing customers of the affected services,the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission,the Nevada Public Utilities Commission,the Governor of Idaho,the Governor
of Nevada, and the Special Assistant for Telecommunications at the Department of Defense.
