Capitol Water Corporation provides the following supplemental responses to the First
Production Request of the Commission Staff to Capitol Water Corporation.
REQUEST NO. 3: Please provide salary percentage increases for each employee for the
years 2018 through 2024. Please list the implementation dates, as well as the increase
percentage. Please also list potential future increases with the projected implementation date.
COMPANY SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE: Please see the attached Spreadsheet
"Response to Production Request No. 3. Salary Percentage Increases for the years 2018 through
2024." Please treat this information as confidential.
The Company incorporated a 10%wage increase in its Application. Beginning in
January 2024, the Company implemented a 3%pay increase. It is the Company's intention to
provide the 8% wage increase recommended for 2023 by the end of 2024.

REQUEST NO. 5: Please provide a list of all plant additions similar to the workpaper
provided in the Application titled "Increases to Plant in Service 2023"that have occurred since
2009.
COMPANY SUPPPLEMENTA RESPONSE: Please see the attached Spreadsheet,
"Increases to Plant in Service."
REQUEST NO. 7: Please provide depreciation schedules for Plant in Service for each
item included in rate base.
COMPANY SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE: A PDF copy of the December 31, 2023,
Depreciation Report is attached.
REQUEST NO. 8: Please provide a list of and the quantity of chemicals purchased from
years 2018 through 2024 with associated unit cost price ranges for each year.
COMPANY SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE: The Company does not keep a list that
includes the quantity of chemicals with the associated unit costs of chemicals. In response, the
Company is providing PDF scans of the journal entries for the period requested. Please find
attached the zip file"chemicals.zip" which includes the journal vouchers for all chemicals
transactions for the years 2018 through 2023 and the journal vouchers through April 2024.
