Otto, hereby petitions the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") for admission of the undersigned applying counsel, F. Diego Rivas, for purposes of the above-captioned matter. F. Diego Rivas certifies that he is an active member, in good standing, with the bar of the State of Montana,that he maintains the regular practice of law at 1101 81 Ave, Helena, MT as the Regulatory Counsel for the NW Energy Coalition, and that he is not a resident of the State of Idaho or currently licensed to practice law in Idaho. F. Diego Rivas has previously requested and been granted admittance under IBCR 227 in dockets PAC-E-22-15, AVU-E-23-01, and IPC-E- 23-11. The undersigned counsel certifies that a copy of this Motion has been served on all other parties to the above-captioned matter and a copy of the Motion, accompanied by a$325 fee and a certificate of good standing for F. Diego Rivas from the State of Montana,has been provided to the Idaho State Bar.
