SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER EXTENSION
REQUEST FOR IDAHO 2023 ANNUAL DEMAND SIDE MANAGEMENT
REPORT.
In Order No. 29976, the Commission orders Rocky Mountain Power ("Company") to file
an annual report of its Idaho Demand Side Management activities ("Annual Report")by May 1 of
each year.
On April 24, 2024, the Company filed a letter with the Commission for a one-time
extension for the 2023 Annual Report to be due no later than May 15,2024,because of unexpected
delays with evaluations of the 2023 Annual Report contents.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff believes the Company's request is reasonable and recommends the Commission
accept the Company's request for a one-time extension for the 2023 Annual Report to be due no
later than May 15, 2024.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to approve the Company's request for a one-time extension for
the 2023 Annual Report to be due no later than May 15, 2024?
