In addition,Avista promoted My Clean Energy through printed and electronic bill newsletters in March and May 2023. In May 2023, existing My Clean Energy program customers received an annual subscriber newsletter. The Company also conducted an annual Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey in May 2023, which saw no change to customers who indicated being a promoter of the program, rather than neutral or detracting, compared to 2022 results. Individual feedback reflects support of clean energy options as well as some concerns about added cost. Additional awareness, education, and outreach is needed to continue to see an increase in NPS scores, however participation and satisfaction scores remain stable which indicates the program is low hassle and continues to provide good value for participants. As a part of this work, the Company will be evaluating opportunities to improve, adjust, or offer new programs to meet customer needs and goals. This includes evaluating the My Clean Energy program budget and potential to offer grants again or an assessment of other potential options to use surplus funds to benefit the program and participants. 9 1 P a g e
