Commission to amend and reissue the Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN)
for Oregon Telephone Corporation to reflect that Oregon Telephone Corporation has changed its
name to Oregon Telephone Corporation d/b/a Rally Networks.
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this First Amended Certificate of Public Convenience
and Necessity, Certificate No. 536, is issued to Oregon Telephone Corporation d/b/a Rally
Networks. This Certificate authorizes Oregon Telephone Corporation d/b/a Rally Networks to
provide telecommunications services in the State of Idaho. This Certificate is predicated upon and
is issued pursuant to the findings of the Commission in Order No. 36164.
